Necessary storage
frontdoor-privacy-v1 stores a versioned allow/reject choice and timestamp in local storage for up to 180 days. A requested light/dark choice uses frontdoor-theme until cleared. Supabase sign-in uses browser local storage only on account workflows so emailed links can open in a new tab on the same browser. Sign-out clears the application session. Hosting providers may also use security mechanisms; these need a final production-domain audit.
Demo storage
The manager and Property Score sandbox stores explicitly saved assessments, draft corrections, and checklist results under frontdoor-manager-prototype-v1. Onboarding role choices use frontdoor-onboarding-v1; apartment numbers are not retained in this record. Clear demo storage through Privacy settings. Do not enter personal information in the sandbox.
Optional analytics
Usage counting is optional, off by default, and controlled through Privacy settings. Reject and allow are equally available. Withdrawing consent stops future collection; no rejected events are queued for later upload. Only aggregate daily counts are stored, retained for up to 90 days. We do not store apartment search values, visitor GPS, full URLs, or persistent visitor identifiers in these counters.
External services
Static entrance photos and map images are served with the application. Navigation providers are opened only by a deliberate click. We do not embed third-party videos, social widgets, map iframes, advertising tags, or session replay.
Managing preferences
Use Privacy settings at the bottom of any page to reject or allow optional usage counts, or clear demo data. Browser controls can delete all site data; doing so can sign you out and reset preferences. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable optional analytics.
