Pilot terms for property arrival guidance. No payment is collected through this version.

Service and operator
FrontDoor Living (DBA) provides maps, entrance destinations, shareable links, and QR tools. These terms are a draft for the pilot; the underlying legal entity, mailing address, applicable service area, and final contract terms require confirmation before commercial launch. Use safely
Use the service only for lawful, authorized visits. Follow posted signs, access restrictions, and property staff directions. Do not interact with a device while driving. FrontDoor Living is not an emergency service, a guarantee of accessibility, or permission to enter a property.
Accuracy and verification
Submitted coordinates may contain measurement errors. A verification badge refers only to the particular revision reviewed, not a guarantee of a safe or unobstructed route. Google and other navigation providers control their own routing and may stop at a road rather than a doorway. Check the entrance photo and property overview for the final approach.
Accounts and property authority
Keep your sign-in email secure. Manager access is granted for specific communities and does not follow automatically from signup or an email domain. Submit only information you are authorized to provide. Do not upload confidential resident information or access codes.
Your content
You retain rights in your supplied materials and grant us permission to host and display them as needed to provide the service and as directed by your visibility choices. Do not supply infringing, unlawful, misleading, or invasive content. Report errors or removal requests to the contact email.
Trial, approval, and payment
The Ruby pilot has a 30-day free trial. The start date must be documented with the property; merely visiting this website does not start it. No card is collected and no automatic charge or paid renewal occurs through this version. Any paid service requires a separately disclosed price and affirmative agreement. Map approval is a separate, recorded decision and must not silently enroll anyone in billing.
Cancellation and refunds
See the Trial & refunds policy. After map approval, payments for the approved mapping work are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. This does not waive mandatory consumer rights.
Service changes and limitations
The pilot may change or be interrupted. We may restrict abusive or unauthorized use. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free routes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Final paid-contract limitations and dispute terms require legal review; no arbitration agreement is imposed by this draft.
