The Ruby free trial
The Ruby pilot includes a 30-day free trial. The start and end dates will be agreed and recorded with the property manager. No payment card is collected and no paid subscription begins automatically through this version.
Map approval
Before approval, review building and entrance identities, photos, apartment-serving ranges, and navigation points. Approval must be an explicit action by an authorized manager against an identified map version. An individual entrance-verification action is not acceptance of paid commercial terms.
No refunds after approval
Once the maps are approved, payments for that approved mapping work are non-refundable because the mapping and setup work has been performed. This rule applies only to charges disclosed and agreed in advance, and is subject to refunds and remedies required by applicable law. It does not automatically cover future recurring subscription periods.
Before approval and future subscriptions
Pricing, any pre-approval charges or cancellation fees, and subscription cancellation/renewal terms have not yet been finalized. Payments remain disabled until those terms are disclosed and accepted. No unspecified fee will be charged through this pilot.
Problems or refund requests
Email lgonzalez@nexuswatchers.com with the community name and a description of the issue. Do not email payment-card details. We will review billing errors, mandatory refund rights, and any separately agreed exceptions. No unsupported refund-processing deadline is promised.
